The meat at Harvey’s Market will be locally grown, sustainably produced, hormone free and antibiotic free. This guarantees that out beef, pork, lamb, veal, bison and poultry will meet our high standards.

By using locally grown meat we insure that the animals were treated humanely, roaming pastures without hormones and unnecessary antibiotics.

Supporting local farmers, supports local business and our local economy. Farms being represented currently are:

• Border Springs Lamb from Virginia - The areas finest Lamb
• Breakaway farms from Pennsylvania - 100% grass fed Beef, also pastured Pork and Lamb
• Roseda farms from Maryland - Grass fed Beef with a grain finish
• Ebberly Poultry from Pennsylvania - Pastured poultry and Rabbits from Lancaster County
• Copper Penny Farm from Maryland - Pastured Pork and Goats
